America 250: Culture and Community — Vendor Application

Join the Beaumont Heritage Society as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a vibrant multicultural fair highlighting the people, traditions, and stories that make Beaumont unique. Whether you’re an artisan, local business, or community group, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase what you do to families across the region.

We are now accepting vendor applications for this free, family-friendly event. Please read all information below before submitting your application.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Location: John Jay French Museum, 3025 French Road, Beaumont, TX 77706

Vendor Setup Time: 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Vendor Fees

Artisans & local businesses: $25 booth fee per vendor

Nonprofit organizations: Free — no booth fee

Fees are collected after application approval via PayPal invoice — do not submit payment with your application.

What to Know Before You Apply

Vendor booths will be located under a tent. Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, and any equipment needed for their booth setup.
Electrical hookups are not provided. Vendors requiring electricity must make their own arrangements.
Vendors selling food items that do not fall under the Texas Cottage Food Law must obtain the appropriate food sales permit before the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting this form is an application only and does not guarantee a vendor spot. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. If approved, you will be contacted via the email you entered on the application and invoiced via PayPal to complete your booth fee payment.
