A Vintage Holiday & Last Chance Christmas Market

Let vintage holiday tunes serenade you at Beaumont Heritage Society’s A Vintage Holiday at the Chambers House Museum on December 17^th, 2023, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Walk through the house, decorated with the family’s own Christmas decorations, and learn more about how this prominent Beaumont family celebrated the holidays.

This year marks the event’s return after being closed for construction on the home’s porch last year. “There’s no better way to get into the holiday spirit,” says Executive Director, Shelby Brannan. “The home is so cozy, especially this time of the year. We invite the public to come get in the spirit with us and take the chance to shop local for those last-minute gifts.”

This FREE event features a walkthrough tour of the 1907 Chambers House Museum with live Holiday music played on the family piano. The tour will feature information on how the Chambers family celebrated Christmas from 1920 – 1945. Children can enjoy a paper doll craft while parents shop at the last-chance Christmas market on the grounds. Coffee, hot chocolate, and other light refreshments will be served. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. The Chambers House is located at 2240 Calder Ave. in Beaumont.  Parking is located behind the Museum off McFaddin St.
