DESCRIPTION:The Beaumont Heritage Society invites realtors\, prospective homebuyers\, preservation enthusiasts\, and community members to attend Lunch & Learn: Selling History\, a free educational class focused on the Oaks Historic District in Beaumont\, Texas. \nThis engaging session will provide attendees with valuable insight into the history\, character\, and opportunities within one of Beaumont’s most recognizable historic neighborhoods. Participants will also gain practical information about buying and preserving historic homes. \nFeatured speakers include: \n\nMatthew Fischer with the Matthew Fischer Realty Team\nMarc McDonald with RE/MAX ONE\nZach Stiles with the Roy West Team Home Loans\nBarry Behannon with Stewart Title\nElayna Luckey with the City of Beaumont\n\nThe program is designed for both real estate professionals and community members interested in learning more about historic properties and the benefits of investing in Beaumont’s historic districts.
