DESCRIPTION:Beaumont\, TX —  Step back in time and toast to Beaumont’s rich heritage during Heritage Happy Hour at the Tyrrell Historical Library\, hosted by the Beaumont Heritage Society. This event invites guests to enjoy complimentary craft beer and wine while exploring one of Beaumont’s most striking historic landmarks. \n  \nBuilt in 1903 as the First Baptist Church and later transformed into the Tyrrell Historical Library\, this architectural gem is an enduring testament to the city’s craftsmanship and cultural legacy. The library’s stunning Romanesque Revival design—complete with intricate stonework\, stained glass\, and soaring arches—sets a dramatic stage for an evening of connection\, conversation\, and discovery. \n  \nGuests will enjoy: \n\nComplimentary drinks\nGuided tours highlighting the building’s unique history and preservation efforts\nA chance to mingle with fellow history enthusiasts\, preservation supporters\, and community members in a one-of-a-kind setting\n\n  \nThe event will be held Thursday\, November 20th from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tours will occur every 15 minutes. Admission for tours is $10 for 21 and up with Beaumont Heritage Society members attending free (non-alcoholic drinks also available). This event is generously underwritten by Giglio Distributing Co.
